- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Goldvault+ provides a platform for:
- Buying and selling digital gold.
- Setting up Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) in gold.
- Using automated purchase features.
All transactions are subject to market fluctuations and associated risks.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Goldvault, its service providers, or any other person.
5. Fees and Payments
Transaction Fees: We may charge fees for buying, selling, or storing gold. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to confirming a transaction.
Payment: You agree to provide a valid payment method for all transactions. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Goldvault or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Goldvault will not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
- The value of gold can fluctuate, and you may lose money.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
