1. Introduction
GoldVault+ App ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") provides a digital platform that allows users to buy, sell, store, or manage gold and related financial products. These Terms govern your use of the GoldVault App, GoldVaultTrading.com, and any associated services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate personal information.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to safeguard your credentials and take full responsibility for all activities under your account.
4. Gold Transactions
All purchases, sales, deposits, and withdrawals of gold are subject to live market pricing, applicable charges, and compliance checks.
5. Digital & Physical Gold
GoldVault+ App offers Digital Gold backed by physical reserves and physical bullion products. Availability may vary based on region.
6. Investment Risk Disclaimer
Gold prices fluctuate. GoldVault+ does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. All investment decisions are your own.
7. Fees & Charges
Fees apply for buying, selling, storage, and withdrawals.
8. Payments, KYC & Name Matching Policy
Account Ownership: Registered to one individual only.
KYC Verification: Must use valid Passport and Emirates ID. Once approved, the verified legal name is locked.
Mandatory Name Matching: After KYC approval, all deposits MUST be made from a payment method in the same name as the verified user.
Third-Party Payments: Payments from cards of family members, spouses, or friends are NOT permitted.
Mismatch Policy: If names do not match, transactions will be on hold, funds may be blocked, or the account frozen.
Redemption: Gold redemption is allowed only to the verified KYC account holder.
Compliance: GoldVault+ reserves the right to take these actions without prior notice to comply with AML, CFT, and UAE regulatory requirements.

12. Platform Availability
Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.
13. Refund Policy
Transactions are final. Refunds are only processed for duplicate payments or failed system errors.
